USD, VAT inclusive. No setup fee, no per-invoice surcharge, no charge per till. Every plan fiscalises to the full ZIMRA standard — valid fiscal invoices, QR and verification codes, every connector and the REST API.
These are separate capabilities rather than premium trimmings, so they are priced on their own and every plan can buy them — Starter included. Add or drop one at any time from Billing & Plan in your portal.
The things ZIMRA requires are not upsells. They are in Starter.
Signed, hash-chained, submitted to FDMS, with the QR code and verification code your customer can check against ZIMRA directly.
Odoo, Zoho Books, QuickBooks Online, Excel/CSV and the REST API. Post the invoice once in the system you already use.
Counters maintained per currency, tax and payment type. Open and close the day, download the Z-report, view and print any period. (Bulk CSV export is the CSV Audit Exports add-on.)
Every failure carries a plain-language cause and the fix — plus a one-click Resend once you have made the change.
See each source, when it last sent an invoice, its volume, its failures and its last error translated. No silent breakages.
Email and phone, in your working day, answered by the people who wrote the fiscalisation engine.
Tax consultants, accounting firms and IT providers pay for their clients' subscriptions from their own portal at a 20% discount — recurring for as long as the client subscribes. The margin comes off at the moment you pay, so there is nothing to invoice and nothing to chase. Cash payouts are not issued.
No. You pay per registered fiscal device, per month. Each plan includes a monthly invoice allowance — 300 on Starter, 1,000 on Standard, unlimited on Enterprise — and you move up a plan if you outgrow it rather than paying per document.
No setup fee on the subscription itself. On annual billing we also implement ThatFiscal Billing Studio and ThatFiscal POS for you free of charge — the setup, the item list, the branding and the training — on every plan. Integrating a third-party accounting system carries a once-off implementation fee, quoted before we start.
One per branch, in almost every case. Under ZIMRA's FDMS rules a fiscal device is the system that issues receipts — so five tills posting into one accounting system share one device. Only a POS that issues its own receipts independently needs a device of its own.
We ask you about the branch before issuing another serial, and if it turns out you do not need one we say so.
Annual billing is charged as eleven months instead of twelve — one month free — and it is what gets you ThatFiscal Billing Studio and ThatFiscal POS implemented free of charge. The free-month promotion is configurable, so the annual figure above is always the live one.
Yes. Every figure on this page is in US dollars and includes VAT. ZWG checkout is available where enabled, converted at the published rate at the time of payment.
Yes, from the portal under Billing & Plan, and the change follows through every payment channel — your own card or mobile payment, a manual payment we log for you, or a payment your reseller makes on your behalf.
Your fiscal archive stays downloadable. If you deregister a device, the Z-reports, receipts and certificate for it remain available to you afterwards — a migration fee applies to the deregistration itself, and the portal tells you the exact amount before you confirm anything.
No. ThatFiscal is a virtual fiscal device: software registered with ZIMRA exactly as a hardware device is, with nothing to buy, install or repair. See the full comparison →
Setup from 72 hours, ZIMRA approval included. No card needed to begin.
