Sage Pastel, Palladium, Manager.io and ERPNext to ZIMRA

~5–10 minutes · CSV route

Overview. Any system that exports invoices to CSV plugs straight into the Excel/CSV route — that covers Sage Pastel, Palladium, Manager.io, ERPNext, Wave, Loyverse and most POS tills in Zimbabwe.

Step 1

Export Invoices to CSV

Sage Pastel: Reports → Tax Invoices → Export. Palladium: Sales Reports → Export. Manager.io: Sales Invoices → Export. ERPNext: Report view → Export. Choose CSV format.

Step 2

Rename Your Columns to Match the Template

Your export almost certainly uses different column names. Rename the header row to the ThatFiscal column names — invoice_no, item_name, qty, price, tax_percent and the rest, all listed in the Excel / CSV guide. Column order does not matter, only the names. Set it up once as a saved export layout in your system and it is a single click every time after.

Step 3

Send It In and Collect Your QR Codes

POST the file to https://api.thatfiscal.com/webhooks/excel exactly as in the Excel / CSV guide. Every invoice comes back fiscalised in the portal with QR + verification code, ready to print or send.

Want It Automatic? ERPNext and Palladium can also call our REST API directly on invoice submit — a small script your IT person (or ours) sets up once. If your system can post JSON but not in our shape, we can store a field map for you and give you a dedicated URL (POST /webhooks/custom/{your-map-name}) that translates your payload on arrival.
